I have been slacking on meal planning and on this blog! Here's to a new week. We are heading north to celebrate my husbands birthday this weekend so not many meals this week.
Monday- Grilled honey soy pork chop, baked potato, mixed veggies
Tuesday- Homemade Chili, Wheat Rolls
Wednesday- Leftovers
Thursday- Breaded tilapia, brown rice and a veggie
Friday- Eating at in-laws
Saturday- Eating at in-laws
Sunday- Veggie Chowder (unless there are a lot of leftovers sent home with us from the weekend activities)
